Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Sage Advance Global Services Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on https://thesageglobal.com and the Sage Brokerage Platform. Read alongside our Privacy Policy.

02Do we use cookies?

Yes. Sage uses cookies to:

  • ensure the Site and Platform function correctly and securely;
  • authenticate you and maintain your login session;
  • detect and prevent fraud and unauthorised access;
  • remember your preferences; and
  • understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.

We do not use cookies for targeted or interest-based advertising, consistent with our institutional-client business model and no retail-marketing activity.

03Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies — essential to the operation of the Site and Platform. They enable core features such as page navigation, login authentication, session management, fraud detection and security. You cannot opt out of these cookies; the Platform will not work without them.

Preference cookies — remember choices you make on the Site (for example your language or display preference) so you do not have to re-select them each visit.

Analytics cookies — collect information about how visitors use the Site in an anonymous or pseudonymised form. We currently use Google Analytics for this purpose. You can opt out through our cookie consent banner or through your browser controls.

05How to manage your cookie preferences

On your first visit to the Site, you are shown a cookie banner where you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the banner or the footer.

Most browsers also let you manage cookies directly:

To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Blocking or deleting cookies may affect the functionality of the Site and Platform.

06Other similar technologies

We may use web beacons (pixel tags) — tiny transparent image files embedded in web pages or emails — to measure page and email performance. Operational and transaction-related emails (trade confirmations, KYC requests, regulatory notices) are sent on a service-necessary basis and cannot be opted out of without ceasing the underlying service. We do not send marketing emails to clients during the Sandbox Period.
